Dunkermotoren - global partner for your individual drive solutions
Dunkermotoren - drive technology manufacturer from the Black Forest for over 70 years convinces with innovative, high-quality and flexible drives up to 5000 W output power, which all originate from own development and production. The portfolio includes brushless and brushed DC motors, as well as linear systems and AC motors. Since the beginning of 2020, the portfolio has been expanded by the sister company MAE to include stepper motors and blowers. All components can be expanded in a modular system by gearboxes, encoders, brakes and integrated or external electronics to form the complete drive.
Since March 2021, the Donaueschingen-based automation specialist EGS Automation has also been part of Dunkermotoren, further strengthening the position of both companies in the field of industrial automation.
With the market launch of nexofox 2021, Dunkermotoren will in future be offering its customers a comprehensive range of solutions for the use and networking of smart motors. Dunkermotoren is thus breaking new ground and taking the step from a pure product provider to a full service provider.

Smart brushless DC Motors
Highly dynamic, overload capability and high power density, efficiencies of over 90% - these are the characteristics of our BLDC motors. We are the leader of BLDC motors with integrated controls. Whether as sinusoidal commutated servo version or with Industrial Ethernet interfaces - our motors provide flexibility to be combined with gearboxes, brakes and encoders - all from one source.

As nexofox, Dunkermotoren will in future offer its customers a holistic range of solutions for the use and networking of its smart motors. Holistic means, on the one hand, from the first consultation and joint concept development to project implementation in partnership. On the other hand, holistic also means from the field level to the cloud from a single source, i.e. from the implementation of the control logic with MotionCode to condition monitoring & predictive maintenance using cloud services.

Our Dunkermotoren Servo tube Linear motors are electromagnetic direct drives in tubular linear motor. The linear motion is fast, precise, maintenance and wear-free, without any intermediate coupling of mechanical gearboxes, spindles, robust design long lifetime.
