easyE4 programmable relays

The easyE4 control relay from Eaton's Moeller series is ideally suited for implementing the control and regulation of small to medium complex applications efficiently and flexibly. It offers a wide range of custom and simple visualization options: whether on mobile devices thanks to the web server including the integrated web-editor or with the easyE Remote Touch Displays. The device can also be connected directly to Amazon Web Services (AWS). The easyE4 series offers a wide range of communication options via the integrated Ethernet interface featuring the functions of a mini-PLC for machine and system control. With the integrated Modbus TCP client and server functionality, components of different levels can be integrated. The communication modules for Modbus RTU and SmartWire-DT make the easyE4 to a smart relay enabling the monitoring machines and systems. Many other functions make the easyE4 a powerful micro controller that can also be integrated into IoT system architectures.

PowerXL DX1 high-performance variable frequency drive

PowerXL DX1 is a high-performance closed loop adjustable frequency drive that will target high precision speed/torque/position control applications across several industry segments. DX1 is part of PowerXL series of VFDs with the ability to control induction, permanent-magnet and synchron-reluctance motors. It supports open-loop or closed-loop modes, including synchronized multi-axis configurations. The PowerXL DX1 is offered in 6 frame sizes up to 132 kW / 200 HP constant torque, 160 kW / 250 HP variable torque. DX1 defines a new class of user experience, functional safety and cyber security, delivering the highest available classes for each section, combined in a single device.

It offers comprehensive customization capabilities, enabling users to create up to 24 tailored visual displays that incorporate a wide range of colors, text, graphics, and sensor data, all through an intuitive configuration tool. It is designed to fit a standard 22.5 mm mounting hole, consistent with our RMQ-Titan M22 pushbuttons, allowing for efficient installation on control cabinet doors, enclosures, or machinery, and ensuring a uniform appearance and user experience. The IP66 and IP69 protection ratings ensure reliable performance in diverse environments.
