LBR iisy Cobot
Highly versatile, intuitive to operate and reliable in contact with humans – the LBR iisy is a cobot for all production areas. It combines the know-how of industrial automation with the flexibility and simplicity of an intelligent tool, paired with the speed of a traditional industrial robot. Set it up, switch it on, get started._It’s iisy Ready for use in just a few minutes – the LBR iisy cobot stands out due to its intuitive operating features, which ensure that it can be put to use quickly and productively without any prior knowledge. The robot uses the iiQKA.OS operating system, making it easy to install, configure and program. Tasks can be taught really easily by means of manual guidance. Thanks to the smart teach pendant smartPAD pro, any additional programming tasks are as easy as using a smartphone. An optional pre-installed and pre-configured gripper makes the cobot even easier to use.

KMP 600P diffDrive
The KMP 600P is a compact all-rounder that can transport up to 600 kilograms and is particularly suitable for cramped production environments. The autonomous mobile robot (AMR) offers an excellent price/performance ratio and, thanks to inductive charging, enables 24/7 operation and extended battery life. Easy integration into any production process The KMP 600P is the perfect solution for optimizing intralogistic systems. It improves storage processes, increases the flexibility of assembly lines and makes material flow more efficient in complex industrial environments. Since the platform is VDA 5050 compatible, it can be easily and quickly integrated into any existing production system. It shows its strengths thanks to its compact dimensions of 980 x 686 x 270 mm as well as its flexible mobility thanks to differential drive technology: Not only can it move forwards and backwards, but it can also turn on the spot and take curves with a defined radius. Remote control allows you to choose between SLAM navigation and QR codes on the floor, the latter being advantageous for production environments that change often. Simple and intuitive configuration – no programming The user-friendly and intuitive KUKA.AMR Fleet software enables effortless start-up without program code lines. Thanks in particular to the easy-to-understand drag-and-drop function and an extensive function library, workflow can be optimized quickly. This allows, for example, AMR routes to be intuitively replanned or modified in a map. Special programming is not necessary to configure the platform – thus saving time and resources. International certifications ensure maximum safety. These can also facilitate the work of the integrators. KUKA’s cooperation with TÜV Rheinland as a 3rd partner has proven valuable here.

KMR iisy
Autonomous, flexible and with an eye on all obstacles – the KMR iisy is a smart partner in warehouse logistics and production as a fully integrated combination of cobot and transport platform.
