Coupling & encoder measuring wheels with FDA-compliant material
The food industry sets high standards in terms of hygiene and the service life of the products and materials used. A case for our series - equalising couplings made from FDA-compliant materials. Our DKPSF equalising coupling with FDA-compliant material and hubs made of V4A (1.4404) stainless steel is thermally and electrically insulating and can be cleaned easily and hygienically thanks to its unique design. The blue product part is also optically detectable. Our new precision measuring wheels made of anodised aluminium are equipped with a food-compliant running surface and are ideal for precise length measurement of various materials. Thanks to their excellent concentricity, they guarantee maximum measuring accuracy and reliability in all applications.

Shaft couplings
At abp, we focus on torsionally rigid, flexible shaft couplings as a connecting element between the motor and transducer. Our shaft couplings transmit forces backlash-free and angularly synchronous. Shaft couplings from abp – this means high torsional rigidity and minimal restoring forces. The resulting very low load on the shaft bearings considerably extends the service life of systems and machines.
High-precision gearing parts
abp Antriebstechnik specializes in the production of gearing parts for bevel gears, worm & wormwheels as well as spur gears, ring gears and internal gears in module sizes from 0.2-1.5mm. This special market requires high quality standards: it is not about mass production, but the development and production of special series.
