Dot Peen Machine - ADP5090
Needle embosser that can be used as an integrated, handheld or table-top device for the permanent marking of various materials such as metal, aluminum, iron, cast iron and plastic. The marking device has a marking window of 90x50 mm and a column travel of up to 1200 mm in the table version. The desired marking content can be created in a user-friendly manner using the software and the controller. For this purpose, parameters such as the type of marking, the height and width of the character, the position of the marking, the font, the strength and speed and, last but not least, the quality of the marking are adjusted. The preview function enables a precise representation of the marking on the part to be marked. Every change is immediately displayed in the editor area. In addition to the creation of fixed or variable alphanumeric characters, the software also enables the creation of dates in various formats, shift codes, serial numbers, 1D and 2D codes and logos.
Laserstation - UBI Basic
The laser system for small and medium series production, equipped with a fiber laser that marks a wide range of materials. The housing is extremely robust, compact and ideal for use on a workbench. The door opening and closing system is equipped with an electromagnetic locking system. The Z-axis inside the laser cabin, with a loading plate of 200x200 mm, can be moved electrically. Large CE-certified viewing windows on three sides provide a complete overview of the marking area inside the laser cabin. The laser technology achieves excellent results on plastics, metals, anodized aluminum, ceramics, polycarbonate, paint and much more. Inside the laser cabin, the laser source is equipped with a visible laser pointer (wavelength of 632 nm) with an output of 2 mW, which is used on the one hand to create a marking preview directly on the surface of the workpiece to be marked and on the other hand to set the correct focus distance between the workpiece and the laser head. Laser marker - nanoVISII
ALL-IN-ONE solid-state laser for fully automatic integration into production lines, with a modular system and maximum convenience. With the ALL-IN-ONE concept, Automator was able to accommodate all the components required for the safe operation of a laser in a single housing. The housing of the integration laser is extremely compact, lightweight and ideal for use in fully automatic production lines as well as for installation in laser cabins for manual operation. The YAG laser was specially designed for industrial applications to ensure the traceability and marking of the workpieces. Battery Dot Peen Machine - ADP2560
A very flexible and compact handheld device with integrated control and software that can permanently mark various materials. The battery-operated ADP2560BA dot peen marker with a marking window of 25x60 mm is a compact and lightweight device for permanently marking a wide range of materials, such as metal, aluminum, iron, cast iron, plastic, etc. The control integrated in the handheld marking device has the full range of functions from marking text, numbers and logos to DataMatrix codes. The control is easy and intuitive to operate via the touchscreen on the back of the device. Marking files can be exchanged with a PC and firmware updates can be installed via a USB interface for data storage devices such as USB sticks. The desired marking content can be created in a user-friendly manner using the software. For this purpose, parameters such as the type of marking, the height and width of the character, the position of the marking, the font, the thickness and speed are adjusted.
