Workstations BFP-Cube
Complete Cube Workstations, standard and custom-built, and complete workstations from Black Forest Presses offer tailored press workstation solutions for the highest demands in safety, flexibility, and process control. They are suitable for both manual loading and open-tool operation and can be individually adapted to production processes. The presses are equipped with an electric or pneumatic press safety control system, ensuring maximum operational safety. The controls meet the requirements of the EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the relevant standards for the safety of pneumatic presses. Two-hand controls comply with Type IIIC according to DIN EN ISO 13851. The workstations are designed for safe and efficient operation and can be individually customized to customer specifications, both mechanically and in terms of the control system. UNIGATE® FALCON Embedded
The UNIGATE FALCON protocol converter/gateway series offers an immediately integrable embedded version. The embedded version of the new UNIGATE FALCON series includes the same functions as the DIN rail module. These include the standard RS232/RS422/RS485 serial interfaces, as well as the respective Industrial Ethernet or fieldbus interface. With a low installation height of approximately 25 mm, the embedded version is also suitable for installation situations with limited space and where redesigning the existing electronics is not planned. All modules for the different bus variants have an identical mechanical design, allowing for flexible use. Mounting is achieved via four 3 mm diameter holes. This allows for retrofitting end devices with the required Industrial Ethernet or fieldbus interface. Communication between the serial connection and/or Industrial Ethernet/fieldbus is established either through device configuration or via a script. The UNIGATE FALCON web interface allows you to configure standard protocols such as Modbus ASCII, Modbus RTU (Master or Slave), 3964 (R), and others. Scripts can be created using the free PC software tool 'Protocol Developer'. A script offers maximum flexibility for complex tasks and enables, for example, the implementation of proprietary protocols. You can also develop your own scripts based on the available template scripts. Deutschmann Automation also offers script creation as a service.

RS232/RS485/RS422 interfaces are integrated as standard. Communication between the serial connection and/or Industrial Ethernet/fieldbus is established either through device configuration or via a script. Standard protocols such as Modbus ASCII, Modbus RTU (Master or Slave), 3964 (R), and others can be configured via the UNIGATE FALCON web interface. Scripts can be created using the free PC software tool 'Protocol Developer'. A script offers maximum flexibility for complex tasks and enables, for example, the implementation of proprietary protocols. Custom scripts can be developed based on the available template scripts. Deutschmann Automation also offers script creation as a service. The new UNIGATE FALCON series is available as a DIN rail module (IP20) or as an embedded version for direct integration into existing end products. The very slim and compact device even allows for installation in a sub-distribution board. All modules for the different bus variants have an identical mechanical design, meaning they can be used flexibly or replaced without additional effort. This allows for the delivery of end devices with any desired bus for optimal integration into the environment. Another feature is the integrated service functions, which can be accessed via a button on the front of the device. Without any additional equipment, a hardware reset or a factory reset can be performed.

All modules for the different bus variants have an identical mechanical structure, so they can be used flexibly or replaced without additional effort. This makes it possible to supply the end devices with any desired bus for optimal integration into the environment. A special feature of the UNIGATE CL series is the brand labeling. With the customer-specific design, Deutschmann not only offers you the option of pre-configuring the device and choosing different housing colors, but also the attachment of your logo.
