the basis for high quality, interchangeable products at attractive prices. It enables us to produce almost all elastomer, metal bellows, safety couplings, and line shafts, as well as locking devices from our standard range within two hours, customize them with specific
bores, and dispatch them to you immediately via direct courier. Our strategically favorable location on the edge of the Rhine Main region also ensures smooth and speedy delivery – both nationally and internationally.

Metal Bellows Couplings
Metal bellows couplings are the fi rst choice for all applications that require high dynamic positioning - the classic application in servo drives. They are characterized by an absolutely backlash-free function and high torsional stiff ness. Shaft diameter: 1 – 90 mm Torque range: 0,05 – 5000 Nm
Slit Couplings
Due to their unique slit structure with diff erent angular positions the design, also known as sliced couplings, can compensate possible shaft misalignments and transmit relatively high torques at compact dimensions. Shaft diameter: 3 – 40mm Torque range: 3 – 240Nm
Elastomer Couplings
Elastomer couplings are the durable solution for positioning applications, wherever high torques must be transmitted in compact installation spaces. Shaft diameter: 2 – 74 mm Torque range: 0,5 – 825 Nm
Line Shafts
With KBK line shafts high distances between shaft ends are no longer a problem. These line shafts are precisely manufactured with an accuracy of one millimeter according to the requested length. Shaft diameter: 6 – 65mm Torque range: 4,5 – 525Nm
Cardan Couplings
The backlash of the coupling is reduced to a minimum and thus allows positioning applications. The possibility to compensate high misalignment at minimum restoring forces in compact installation spaces turns our cardan couplings into a special problem solver. Shaft diameter: 3 – 55 mm Torque range: 2 – 580 Nm Rigid
Oldham Couplings
The three-piece designed couplings, most likely known as Oldham couplings, are well suited for beeing used in small servo drives and wherever radial shaft misalignment needs to be compensated. Shaft diameter: 3 – 25mm Torque range: 0.9 – 20Nm
Rigid Shaft Couplings
Rigid couplings are small, compact power packs to transfer high torques at a minimum of available space. Shaft diameter: 5 – 104mm Torque range: 25 – 12500Nm
Safety Couplings
Our safety/overload couplings are based on the ball-in-detent principle and they are absolutely backlash free due to the KBK-specific arrangement of the balls as locking elements. Shaft diameter: 3 – 70mm Torque range: 0,2 – 1400Nm
Magnetic Couplings
For the permanent protection against frequent overload, our magnetic couplings are the right choice. They work absolutely wear free and for that reason they are of fatigue strength and maintenance-free. Shaft diameter: 3 – 44mm Torque range: 0,1 – 60Nm
Friction Clutch
Collars can be used to fi x components on solid shafts as well as for transmitting torque on hollow shafts. For fi xing components axially they are mainly used in applications where the shaft hub connection is not realized by locking devices, but by using keyways or splines. Shaft diameter: 3.7 – 120mm Torque range: 0.5– 6800Nm
Locking Devices
Easy and quick assembly as well as high availability at reasonable prices are good reasons for the use of locking devices, shrink discs or locking elements by KBK. Shaft diameter: 4 – 495mm Torque range: 2,4 – 610000Nm
Collars
Collars can be used to fi x components on solid shafts as well as for transmitting torque on hollow shafts. Shaft diameter: 4 – 50mm Axial force: 867 – 14560N
Measuring Gearbox
Each gearbox is individually designed according to the requested transmission. It is integrated in existing housings and connecting components to work as standardized and cost-effi ciently as possible. - Ratio according customer’s request - Backlash-free execution

Safety Couplings with Rigid Shaft Coupling
For the T series we connect a rigid shaft coupling with a torque limiter. Designers gain with the new T series a compact mechanic overload systems which replaces complex self-designed systems.
Safety Couplings with Slit Coupling
The FS series is a combination of our torque limiters with slit couplings. It is a well-balanced solution for transmitting high torques and compensation for shaft-misalignment.
Safety couplings with Cardan Coupling
With our G-Series we combine a backlash-free torque limiter with a cardanic coupling. The new G-series brings a combination of overload protection and compensation for high shaft misalignments.
