Micros Integration Systems: Connects systems into complete solutions
Objective: To connect and configure all Micros systems into an integrated, end-to-end production solution. Scope of services: Integration of assembly, testing technology, handling, and material supply. Project-specific configuration based on a modular system. Linking to end-to-end production lines and systems. Supplementation through customer-specific developments.

Micros Material Supply: Intelligent material supply along the entire value chain. Core products: Micros Material Stack: Standardized carrier and supply system for workpieces. Micros Material Automation: Automation of loading and unloading, unpacking and packaging. Goal: Continuous material flow with high autonomy and minimal manual effort.

Micros Handling: Automated handling and movement of workpieces within production. Scope of services: Pick & Place applications, feeding and singulation systems, positioning and transfer of components, robot-based handling solutions. Goal: Precise, fast and reliable movement and positioning of components.
#2 Testing Product Area: Ensures quality
Micros Prüftechnik offers quality assurance and testing throughout the entire production process. Services include: functional testing and end-of-line testing; tactile testing and measurement (e.g., gauges, mechanical measuring systems); and optical/non-tactile testing methods (e.g., camera-based testing, image processing systems). The goal is to ensure the highest product quality and process reliability.
FlexLineCell+ Foundation for Efficient Machine Design
With the FLC+, we are expanding the FLC series for components that require slightly more installation space due to their geometry. Here, we place the process modules directly on the floor and simply omit the tabletop on work surfaces; everything else remains the same. The modular design of the FLC+ allows us to always implement the optimal assembly process. We are flexible in our choice of process modules and connect them as efficiently as possible using robots.
