Control cabinet construction
For decades, we have specialized in the design and manufacture of switch and control cabinets of all kinds for a wide range of industries. Our control cabinets are used all over the world. By complying with national and international standards, as well as special customer specifications, we guarantee the highest quality. In order to be able to guarantee this promise along the entire value-added chain and to meet customer requirements, we rely on consulting, experienced employees and constantly developing know-how.
Labeling systems
Equipment marking for on-site equipment is carried out directly on our premises, using state-of-the-art marking equipment. We print and engrave signs for industrial marking. These are: - smudge resistant - scratch-resistant - flexible Since 2018, we can offer you individual and economical laser marking solutions on a wide variety of materials with our new laser engraving machine. Cable markings in white or black are also feasible.
Software programming and commissioning
Programmable logic controllers are used in all industrial environments. On a digital basis and depending on the make, we create the appropriate software and, if desired, the appropriate visualization. Our trained specialists use the following PLC brands: - Siemens - Beckhoff - Rockwell - B&R - visualization: wonderware touch, winCC and Zenon Of course we also use bus systems, preferably Profibus or Profinet.
Machine and plant installation
Whether Asia, America or Europe, employees of the company Wied are used worldwide for the assembly of plants and machines and have many years of experience. Our assembly team consists of well-trained electricians who are able to perform tasks on site quickly and professionally. As with the manufacture of the control cabinets, quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities during the installation of the equipment.

We plan electrotechnical projects according to customer requirements and specified budget. After all, careful planning is the cornerstone of a successful project. For this purpose, we clarify the requirements of the project in a preliminary discussion in order to work out the best possible solution. Subsequently, we present a concept that we have worked out. We always pay attention to complete cost transparency and the optimal realization time. After approval we start with the project planning and in the further course with the construction. For this purpose, we always prepare the appropriate circuit diagrams according to the specifications and customer requirements. This electrical documentation is preferably created with the software EPLAN P8 in our own design department. In addition, we are specialized in the design in 3D (EPLAN Pro Panel) as well as for fluid technical systems (EPLAN Fluid). We are also happy to create a SISTEMA calculation for your project. Our certified specialists are available to advise you and provide assistance in evaluating the safety of your plant.
