ZEBRA Engineering sees itself as an expert in the fields of automation, robotics, and application. We are a solution provider for modular and flexible automation products – for individual assembly, testing or packaging machines as well as for entire units.

EcoSystem
Our ‘cubes’, which we collectively refer to as an EcoSystem, are the basis for your partial or full automation. EcoTrak 360
The EcoTrak 360 is a highly efficient rotary indexing table that offers variable product transport with the greatest possible degree of freedom. It is particularly suitable for the diverse requirements of manufacturing, packaging, testing and assembly companies. Thanks to its flexibility, it is predestined for the production of small quantities. The Trak can also be used to manufacture several products in one system. It is space-saving, modular in use and leads to a reduction in costs with simultaneous investment security. The ZEBRA EcoPick FlexPos is the latest in-house development from our company. As the name suggests, it is a gripper that can be flexibly positioned. EcoRob Grevy Series
Contemporary, species-appropriate and sustainable - the EcoRob Grevy Series With the EcoRob Grevy Series, we are addressing the ever-increasing need for flexibility and ease of use in industrial robotics systems. Thanks to our reduced control concept with just one front end, which enables consistent automation across several models, operation is ‘beginner-friendly’ and ultimately leads to high resource and cost savings. In addition, the drive system can be combined with an active power supply if required.
EcoRob Cobot
Our team also has extensive experience and expertise in the field of collaborative robotics. We primarily rely on products from our partners UNIVERSAL ROBOTS, FANUC and TECHMANN ROBOT, for which we act as a system integrator. For the integration of our collaborative robotics solutions, primarily cobots, it makes sense to place them on our EcoCubes. Typical applications for us include pick and place, machine loading and palletising.
EcoCubes
The perfect platform for modular and flexible automation Automation starts at the base – and this is where our EcoCubes come into play: They are more than just “tables” – they are the modular, standardised platform for a wide variety of applications (e.g. assembly table, automation cell, machine base frame). Our EcoCubes are available in two versions: Basic Cubes: Compact, efficient, and perfect for space-saving setups — e.g., in combination with the EcoTrak 360 or a cobot. HighCubes: With a raised design – ideal as a suspension for robot systems or for integrating a protective enclosure. What makes them special: All EcoCubes can be flexibly added or removed during the runtime of your system – as needed.
