The GX-1000 model series is an industrial 3D printer capable of producing large-format and complex components from engineering and high-performance plastics, directly in production. Despite using a filament printing process, it requires no complex settings that are often necessary with conventional systems. Sources of error such as warping, dimensional deviations, or print interruptions have been systematically eliminated. This allows the GX-1000 to be used immediately in any department—without prior knowledge.
A newly developed algorithm with independently operating dual extruders ensures high printing speed while maintaining precision. Operating materials, functional parts, tools, and fixtures can be produced in the shortest possible time - stable, dimensionally accurate, and ready for real use in a production environment.
