Machining

CMS Automatisme is your partner for mechanical manufacturing, precision mechanics, and contract manufacturing. We produce prototypes, individual parts, small to medium-sized series, as well as mechanical assemblies. We machine all materials: all types of steel, stainless steel, plastics, and aluminum alloys. Thanks to our experience in project management for special-purpose machine construction, we offer a complete service. This includes the production of workpieces, the procurement of standard components, the machining of workpieces, and the assembly of components.

We perform various machining processes: CNC and conventional milling (position-controlled 3- and 5-axis milling, 5-axis simultaneous machining, CNC turning, surface and external cylindrical grinding, etc.). For increased precision, we use a wire EDM machine and perform alignment and adjustment work with surface and external cylindrical grinding. With our large boring mills, we also meet requests for steel construction and castings. We place great emphasis on the quality of our production; therefore, the workpieces are inspected using three-dimensional metrology. To expand our services, we have acquired a new laser engraving machine. This allows us to personalize your workpieces and engrave important information directly onto the workpiece, such as the serial number. We also take care of surface treatment (painting, blackening, phosphating, zinc plating, chromating, anodizing, etc.) and heat treatment (hardening, tempering, nitriding, stress-relief annealing, etc.).
