Pick AI
HELDELE Automation relies on Siemens' AI-based SIMATIC Robot Pick-AI software for innovative intralogistics solutions. This solution enables robot-assisted picking processes where gripping points on unknown objects are detected in real time using 3D camera technology, even without CAD data. Thanks to its open system architecture, Pick-AI can be flexibly combined with various camera and gripper systems. This allows for the reliable gripping of products with varying geometries – ideal for applications with a high product variety, such as in warehouse logistics or shipping.
Cup handling
Our automated cup handling systems enable reliable and standardized loading of filling machines, particularly in the dairy industry. A highly flexible 7-axis robot allows integration into existing systems with limited space. The stacks of cups in cartons are precisely detected by an intelligent 3D camera system and removed using a patented gripping system. They are then transferred to the loading magazine or onto a conveyor belt, tailored to the required cycle times and output volumes.
