Sales Representative Field Service (m/f/d) – Factory Automation

Then we are looking for you as a Sales Representative Field Service (m/f/d) – Factory Automation, with a focus on linear technology, assembly technology, control systems, and drives.

Your responsibilities:
You act as a competent contact person for customers in the federal states of Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria, supporting them with complex technical questions related to factory automation. Your focus is on maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships as well as acquiring new business partners. Working both in inside and field sales, you identify new market potentials, analyze customer requirements, and develop tailored solutions. You are responsible for the design of technical systems, the preparation of well-founded proposals, and independently conducting negotiations at decision-maker level. Through continuous market and competitor analyses, you identify trends and opportunities at an early stage and actively contribute to the strategic development of sales.

Your profile:

Completed degree in mechanical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
Alternatively: technical vocational training (e.g. industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, state-certified technician), ideally complemented by additional commercial training
At least 2 years of experience in technical field sales, preferably in linear technology or mechanical engineering
Desirable: experience with Bosch Rexroth factory automation (linear technology, assembly technology, control systems, and drives)
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented personality with a confident presence
Solid technical understanding and a solution- and goal-oriented working style
Willingness to travel
