IFC-Checkbox®
mechanics • Festo checkbox CHB-C-N, mechanically replaceable 1:1 • Optical imaging ratio is retained, test programs can be used 1:1 software • IFC-Checkkon and IFC-Checkopti backwards compatible and can be used for Festo-Checkbox CHB-C-N • Test programs and checkbox configuration can be adopted 1:1 electronics • All of them have been used since then for Festo checkbox replacements. I/Os available General • Teach-IN function • No special electronics design • Standard electronic components • Future-oriented and future-proof • Special designs and applications possible • Downwards compatible with legacy devices

IFC Conveyor Belts
The large selection of belt widths and lengths make IFC belt conveyors versatile to use as storage and conveying lines and feeding and sorting equipment for small parts. A 24V EC motor with a steplessly adjustable belt speed of up to 72 m / min, freely selectable direction of rotation, sealed stainless steel bearings and protection type IP 54 make them also suitable for difficult production conditions.
IFC 4Q-Bowl Feeder 3D-printed
Functions, such as pneumatic channels, flaps, sensor holders, recirculation systems, slots and lugs can be quickly integrated into bowlfeeder. Special features: Cost-effective, high flexibility, reproducible, 1 drive + base, individually designed baffles, exchangeable, reusable, expandable for new types

IFC Complete System
The opto-electronic IFC complete system is designed as a turnkey plug & play unit according to customer-specific terms of reference. The system can be simply, rapidly and securely integrated into the production flow. It consists of the following, individual components precisely attuned to each other.

IFC Flächenspeicher IFC Storage Table
For the best possible storage and feeding of sensitive conveyed goods. Due to the partitioning, the parts have hardly any contact with each other - a perfect separation and provision of the parts.

IFC Camera Belt Unit
The opto-electronic feed unit for flexible infeed, inspection and sorting of small parts. This IFC system, consisting of camera system(s) and individual module belt conveyor line can be integrated as a partial solution into existing or new production lines.
IFC 3D-Druck
HP MULTI JET FUSION 4200 SERIES The HP Multi Jet Fusion process (MJF) is predestined for the production of prototypes, functional parts and small batch sizes. This process has a unique selling point in the field of additive plastics manufacturing. The component quality, in terms of well-balanced mechanical properties, is undisputedly high and delivery times are extremely short. Build & print space: 380 x 280 x 380 mm Material: PA12 (polyamide 12) Accuracy: ±0.3mm Finish Options: Untreated, Dyeing, Varnishing, Coating, Shot Blasting

IFC Belt Hopper
Extension of refill intervals. Special properties and features: Flexible and adaptable, cost-effective due to 3D-printed components, chute can be swiveled, front plates for material dosing can be adjusted in height, drive mounted underneath the bunker to save space

IFC Step Feeder
Step by step to the destination: Step conveyors are usually used for storing, and feeding of parts in bulk form. The advantages are a space-saving design and very quiet and gentle conveying. Rotationally symmetrical small parts such as screws, rings, pins, sleeves and molded parts are particularly suitable for this purpose. - Stages in different designs: Plastic or stainless steel - Stages in different. Thicknesses: 2, 4, 6 or 8 mm - Variable feeding speed - Can be combined with mech. part separation - Can be combined with image processing for position recognition - Variable storage hopper (stainless steel or 3D-printed) - Various. Drive concepts: - pneumatic, - electric (stepper motor) Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)

IFC-Flexfeeder

Mechatroniker (m/w/d)
For over 20 years, the planning and construction of cost-effective feeding and assembly systems for demand-driven production has been IFC;s core business. The goal is to intelligently implement the typical functions of automation technology: sorting, counting, singulating, and inspecting components. We rely on innovative and modular solutions that can be optimally adapted to our customers; needs. We are now transferring this extensive experience to the field of 3D printing and, thanks to our own 3D printing center, offer a unique service. With us, classic feeding technology meets modern design, engineering, and processes.

Ausbildung zum Mechatroniker (m/w/d)
IFC has been training mechatronics engineers for over 20 years and develops automated systems for industrial processes. The apprenticeship offers you hands-on learning, a friendly work environment, and intensive support from the very beginning. You'll benefit from regular working hours, 30 days of vacation, vocational school once a week, and excellent job prospects after your apprenticeship. You can also contribute your own ideas and get to know the company beforehand through an internship.
