Mechatroniker (m/w/d)
For over 20 years, the planning and construction of cost-effective feeding and assembly systems for demand-driven production has been IFC;s core business. The goal is to intelligently implement the typical functions of automation technology: sorting, counting, singulating, and inspecting components. We rely on innovative and modular solutions that can be optimally adapted to our customers; needs. We are now transferring this extensive experience to the field of 3D printing and, thanks to our own 3D printing center, offer a unique service. With us, classic feeding technology meets modern design, engineering, and processes.
Assembly & Installation:
Assembling mechanical, electrical, and electronic components into mechatronic systems according to drawings and parts lists.
Commissioning:
Commissioning of systems, machines, or robots, as well as installation of the associated software.
Maintenance & Servicing:
Regular inspection, maintenance, and preventive repair of production equipment to avoid downtime.
Troubleshooting:
Analyzing and resolving malfunctions in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Programming:
Configuring programmable logic controllers (PLCs), e.g., Simatic S7.
Documentation:
Creating test reports and documenting maintenance work.
Requirements:
Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, or electronics technician. Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC technology. Meticulous, structured, and independent work style. Technical understanding and manual dexterity.
