Products & services
Druckspendesystem S-100
Print and apply system with a capacity of 70 labels per minute. Depending on the label size, 70 labels can be applied with a 50x33mm label format and a 150mm stroke. Labeling can be done in a stationary or continuous motion. The label is applied without contact with the product. Products of varying heights from 2mm to 300mm can be labeled. Additional applicator sizes and vacuum platen sizes are available and can be customized according to customer requirements. The system can be expanded with a remote control panel and scanners. Signal exchange can be customized. All input/output signals can be freely selected (8 in total as standard).
Spendesystem V100
Print and apply system with a capacity of 80 labels per minute. Depending on the label size, 75 labels can be applied with a 50x30mm label format and a 250mm stroke. Labeling can be performed in a stationary or continuous motion mode. The label is applied without contact with the product. Products of varying heights from 2mm to 300mm can be labeled. Additional applicator sizes and vacuum platen sizes are available and can be customized according to customer requirements. The system can be equipped with digital I/O interfaces, potential-free contacts, and other bus systems.
Macro
The Macro label dispenser is a versatile labeler that can be used with pre-printed labels of various widths. It can function as a continuous dispenser, but its flexibility with additional attachments also makes it a versatile solution. With an AP010 applicator, it is often used as a standalone workstation or for pallet base labeling in incoming goods. Other applications such as belt labelers, wrap-around labelers, and continuous labeling with pneumatic or mechanical dispensing tabs are available. We would be happy to advise you in more detail.
Palettenetikettierer
The AP 014 automatic pallet labeling system is a print-and-apply system that allows for labeling up to four sides of a pallet with current data. Its modular design allows for flexible adaptation to your requirements and can be integrated into both existing lines and newly developed material flow systems.
Flaschenspender
We are also happy to support you in the construction of custom systems. Here, a complete station was designed in collaboration with the end customer. The customer's requirements were clearly defined. Approximately 100 bottles must be dispensed per shift, labeled according to customer specifications, checked for accuracy and legibility using a camera, and compared with the delivery note. Only after this has been completed can a cap be dispensed and the bottle and cap transported to a dispensing chute.
