Cup handling
Our automated cup handling systems enable reliable and standardized loading of filling machines, particularly in the dairy industry. A highly flexible 7-axis robot allows integration into existing systems with limited space. The stacks of cups in cartons are precisely detected by an intelligent 3D camera system and removed using a patented gripping system. They are then transferred to the loading magazine or onto a conveyor belt, tailored to the required cycle times and output volumes.

cynapse® Analyze – Health Index: Intelligent gearbox monitoring for maximum performance.
The cynapse® Analyze Smart Service with the Health Index analysis tool and the utilization radar assess the status and utilization of your gearboxes. The data from the drive train is analyzed in real time and the actual load on the components is evaluated. The current status is visualized via a traffic light system. In addition, the utilization radar indicates whether the gearboxes are permanently operated within the permissible load limits – crucial information for service life optimization.

david IoT
david IoT is a production-ready IoT platform that covers the full digitalization stack: from edge gateway to data processing and cloud visualization. It eliminates typical integration friction through pre-integrated hardware-software stacks. No integration of 5+ vendors is required. **Edge/Gateway (Embedded Linux):** david IoT runs on industrial gateways (partner hardware) and supports common interfaces and protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, OPC UA, CAN, MQTT, and REST APIs. You model assets, data points, and alarms locally and can buffer data even without a cloud connection. Remote maintenance and over-the-air updates are part of the system. **Cloud-Plattform (david IoT Backend):** The backend provides hierarchical data models, multi-tenancy (separate environments), role-based access, and REST APIs to integrate into existing IT landscapes (e.g. ERP/CRM). Reporting and exports can be automated. **Extensibility and control:** The platform is container-based (Docker) and can be extended via extensions or custom application logic. The stack is built on standard technologies (e.g. Docker, PostgreSQL, MQTT, REST). Deployment is flexible: on-premise, private cloud, or hyperscalers. Source code access is available upon request to avoid vendor lock-in and secure an exit strategy. An initial proof of concept is often feasible within 4–6 weeks.
