Your new challenge:
Responsibility for leading and managing a department within our application development team and for the on-time, on-quality, on-budget, and on-scope implementation and assurance of IT projects.
Establishing the architectural framework and proactively driving innovative topics. Planning, coordinating, and monitoring all pending tasks and development projects within your area.

Defining the quality standards to be implemented and implementing and optimizing corresponding measures to ensure this. Developing innovation strategies with management and taking responsibility for their realization.

Fostering the development of your employees through cooperative leadership and ensuring a performance-oriented and supportive work environment.

What we expect from you:
A successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience and experience in leading professional software development teams.

Understanding of our requirements in development projects for interpreting and deriving suitable solutions together with your team. Sound project management experience and modern software development methods. Relevant experience in the planning, development, marketing, and maintenance of complex software systems.

Enthusiasm and motivation of your employees to solve the tasks assigned to them independently. Fluent communication in German and English. A sense of responsibility. and cost-conscious thinking and action.
