Your new challenge:
Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of a key account management team; coaching and performance management within the team; definition of sales targets, KPIs, and forecasts, and responsibility for their achievement; strategic support and expansion of national and international key account customers; conducting contract and price negotiations at the C-level; development of long-term key account strategies; identification of upselling, cross-selling, and new business potential; conducting market and competitive analyses and deriving new market potential; representation of the company at trade fairs, conferences, and executive events.

What we expect from you:
Several years of leadership experience in key account management, ideally in the MES, ERP environment, or with industrial IT solutions; confident demeanor at the C-level; strong customer focus and communication skills; willingness to travel nationally and internationally; fluent German and English skills.
