Full-time Project Manager, Automotive & Industry Transformation (m/f/d)
TRANSFORMOTIVE is a transformation network for the Heilbronn-Franken region funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. Its aim is to support SMEs in particular in transformation processes in industry, mobility, digitalisation, new business models and skilled worker development. Its central task is to establish and maintain a regional network of companies, science, chambers and other stakeholders.
The tasks include approaching and supporting companies, organising and moderating events, collaborating with project partners and participating in project communication and reporting.
We are looking for a communicative personality with a university degree, experience in network management, an understanding of industrial transformation processes and organisational skills. We offer a meaningful job in a regional future-oriented project with flexible working conditions and remuneration in accordance with TVöD (German public sector pay scale), limited until 31 December 2026.
