Future Compass – an impulse for your next steps
The workshop “Future Compass – An Impulse for Your Next Steps” will take place on August 28, 2026, and supports companies in analyzing their current position and identifying strategic development potential. The focus lies on combining the digital TRANSFORMOTIVE self-assessment tool with established methods such as SWOT and TOWS analysis. As part of the one-day workshop, participants receive a concise introduction, carry out the assessment independently, and translate the results into concrete fields of action. In addition, moderated exchange and reflection phases support the interpretation of results and the derivation of initial strategic measures.

Marketing with a strategic foundation
The workshop series “Marketing with a Strategic Foundation” will take place in the second half of 2026 and supports companies in building effective and future-oriented B2B marketing. In collaboration with the agency DREHMOMENT, strategic fundamentals are conveyed to clearly position brands, address target groups effectively, and plan marketing activities in a structured way. Through a combination of compact workshops and hands-on pilot projects, participants develop individual marketing strategies and implement them directly within their companies. In addition, modern AI tools are integrated to streamline marketing processes and ensure their long-term usability.

Classical product development – from customer problem to your own product
The workshop series “Classical Product Development – From Customer Problem to Your Own Product” will take place from July 20 to December 7, 2026, and supports companies in systematically developing new products with a strong market orientation. Based on the participants’ individual starting point, methods are taught to effectively link customer needs, technical feasibility, and economic requirements. As part of several workshops and accompanying hands-on sessions, participants implement their own pilot projects and directly apply the content to their companies. The goal is to develop viable product ideas based on concrete customer problems, refine them further, and derive steps toward market launch.

Digitalization of sales and marketing channels
The workshop series “Digitalization of Sales and Marketing Channels” will take place from September 16 to December 1, 2026, and supports companies in future-proofing their marketing and sales activities. It provides a fundamental understanding of digital mechanisms and demonstrates how digitalization can be strategically used to optimize target audience engagement and sales processes. Through a combination of theory and practice, participants develop their own pilot projects with guidance from experts and directly apply the content to their companies. The goal is to define concrete measures for digital advancement and to create sustainable competitive advantages.

Efficiency Enhancement
The workshop series “Efficiency Enhancement” will take place from June 9 to September 22, 2026, and supports companies in systematically analyzing and sustainably optimizing their processes. Based on the individual maturity level of the participants, practical methods from Six Sigma, Lean Management, and the Theory of Constraints are taught and directly applied within each company’s specific context. As part of several workshops and accompanying hands-on sessions, participants develop concrete pilot projects that are implemented step by step, from problem and root cause analysis through to solution development. The goal is to identify measurable efficiency potential and to establish long-term, effective improvements within the organization.

Digitalization – Competitive Advantages through Data and Strategy
The workshop series “Digitalization – Competitive Advantage through Data and Strategy” will take place from May 6 to July 10, 2026, and supports companies in systematically identifying and strategically leveraging digital potential. Over the course of six workshop days, participants are introduced to key fundamentals, use cases, and methods to identify prioritized fields of action based on their current status and to develop concrete digitalization strategies. Participants analyze their existing processes, develop digital business models, and directly apply the content to their company-specific challenges. The objective is to enable well-founded decisions, realistic investment pathways, and implementable pilot projects with measurable added value, which will be consolidated and reflected upon in a final session.

Automation and robotics – a leap in innovation through practical expertise!
he workshop “Innovation Advantage through Practical Expertise” is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises and provides hands-on insights into how automation and robotics can be used to secure competitiveness. In cooperation with Schunk and the network TRANSFORMOTIVE, participants gain insights into modern robotic systems and their application in industrial environments. The focus is on practical work with 13 robotic systems from KUKA, FANUC, and ABB, as well as on conveying the fundamentals for the strategic integration of automation solutions. Participants develop an understanding of different robot types, gain initial hands-on experience, and learn how to assess potential applications within their own company.

Employer Branding x onboarding Workshop Series
The TRANSFORMOTIVE workshop series “Employer Branding x Onboarding” will take place from 8 May to 28 July 2026 in collaboration with teufels GmbH. The aim is to help companies build a strong employer brand in order to attract and retain skilled workers. Over four sessions (kick-off, double workshop, conclusion) and an accompanying practical phase with pilot projects, participants will learn the basics, develop an Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and implement measures directly within their own companies. The workshops are practical and interactive, take place partly in Heilbronn and are fully funded by the project. Companies benefit from expert knowledge, individual coaching and networking. One registration per company with a designated contact person is sufficient.
