Our HG-C series opens up a host of new opportunities for industrial automation, including positioning of robotic arms, thickness and position measurement of belt material, presence detection of the smallest products or recognition of overlaps in the thinnest materials. These measurements can be performed both statically and dynamically. The HG-C sensor is unique on the market for laser sensors thanks to a repeatability of 10μm and a response time of 1.5 ms. With dimensions of just W20 x H44 x D25 mm, this sensor offers high-end performance in a compact package. Five measuring ranges (100 mm ± 35 mm, 50 mm ± 15 mm and 30 mm ± 5 mm) are available depending on the model with a measurement resolution of 10 μm to 70 μm. The built-in display supports setup and operation.

The motoric linear slides from ERO-Führungen are divided into three groups: linear stages, miniature linear stages, and flat linear stages. Linear stages are based on mechanical linear slides and are therefore available in these types of bearings: cross rollers, needle rollers, coated guides, dovetail, and profile rail guides. The miniature linear stages are very compact and are available in 3 different versions (spindle-, toothed belt, and eccentric drive). The flat linear stage is very space saving because of spindle mounted at the side. And so, he has got a low height, even as cross table.

SHAFT MOUNTED HELICAL GEARED MOTORS FROM 245 Nm UP TO 8,900 Nm The robust and durable construction of the KEB shaft mounted helical geared motor offers the combination of optimal performance and convenient mounting options. HELICAL WORM GEARED MOTORS FROM 55 Nm UP TO 1,160 Nm With the upstream helical gear stage the KEB helical worm geared motor combines high torque and low speed in a most compact design with lateraloutput. HELICAL BEVEL GEARED MOTORS FROM 58 Nm UP TO 12,200 Nm Highest performance levels, optimal efficiency factor as well as the wide speed range make the KEB helical bevel geared motor an excellent choice for demanding applications.

The multi-touch display panel E-PRO Standard has a 15.6″ and "New" 21,5" FULL HD display with multi-touch screen and serves as an operating and display device for machines, devices and systems. Thanks to an IP 65 classification of the robust aluminum housing, this display device is ideally suited to the sometimes harsh industrial environment. Of course, the device can also be used in other areas such as building automation. In addition to the touchscreen, the E-Pro 15.6" standard also has a permanently integrated EMERGENCY STOP button and 5 illuminated capacitive buttons.
