With a comprehensive range of support and anchor rails, Gerdt Seefrid GmbH has established itself for many years as a reliable specialist supplier of electromechanical components. The product range focuses on 25 different profile shapes, including the frequently used 35x7.5 and 35x15 mm support rails, as well as anchor rails in the dimensions 35x18 and 40x22 mm. Depending on the profile type, customers can choose between Sendzimir and hot-dip galvanizing, as well as thick-film passivation. Profiles are also available in bright steel and copper. The product range is rounded out by mounting accessories that perfectly match the profiles, such as sliding nuts, hammer-head bolts, flat and diagonal clamps, grounding cables, and flat earthing strips. Seefrid's service offerings are a real highlight. For example, the cutting and hole-punching service for profile rails enables cost savings, especially for medium and large quantities. Customers receive their profile rails cut to the desired length according to their drawings and, if necessary, also punched. This is made possible by a dedicated machine park, which is directly connected to the modern shipping warehouse.

The Strip Series B240 is a programmable strip machine for the stepped processing of coaxial cables as well as the processing of multiconductor and single-conductor cables. Equipped with two rotary blades, it processes simple stranded wires and multiconductor cables with a cross section from 0.013 to 13 mm² (36 to 6 A WG) and a diameter of up to 9 mm (0.35”), thus achieving a strip length of 80 mm (3.15”) and a pull-off length of 40 mm (1.57”). Even challenging materials such as PUR, PVC, rubber, Teflon®, Tefzel® or textile glass braiding can be stripped cleanly and reliably thanks to the cutter head’s high-resolution movement axes. The B240 also processes micro-coaxial cables with a diameter of up to 0.8 mm (0.0314”) without the need for changeovers.

In its price class, the portable Strip Series B300 stripping machine opens up completely new possibilities for fast and at the same time reliable stripping of cables with cross sections from 0.03 to 8 mm2 (32 to 8 AWG).

The Strip Series B340 stripping machine boasts a wide range of performance. Equipped with four rotary X-shaped blades, it processes simple stranded wires and multiconductor cables with a cross section from 0.013 to 16 mm² (36 – 5 AWG) and a diameter of up to 9 mm (0.35”), thus achieving a strip length of 80 mm (3.15”) and a pull-off length of 40 mm (1.57”).
