The idea behind Germany’s first digital control cabinet platform originated from a key question: Why is quotation preparation in control cabinet manufacturing still complex, time‑consuming, and error‑prone despite a high level of technical expertise? Based on our own practical experience, we are well aware of the extensive manual effort involved in cost calculation, component procurement, and production capacity planning. The clear answer is digitalization and automation.

At the core of STÜCKLISTENHELD is the direct import of EPLAN bills of materials as Excel files. All contained components are automatically analyzed, clearly identified, and matched against a powerful database of more than two million articles. On this basis, the system generates a reliable price indication within seconds and produces a calculated, binding quotation in the shortest possible time – including automated material calculation and market price comparison.
From a technological perspective, the platform stands out through fully automated assignment and processing logic as well as intelligent networking with current manufacturing and capacity data. Each inquiry is immediately checked for technical feasibility, while production resources are optimally considered. In addition, STÜCKLISTENHELD enables a fully digital project workflow, including transparent quotation presentation, an integrated chat function, and centralized document management.
