Needle embosser that can be used as an integrated, handheld or table-top device for the permanent marking of various materials such as metal, aluminum, iron, cast iron and plastic. The marking device has a marking window of 50×90 mm and a column travel of up to 1200 mm in the table version.
The desired marking content can be created in a user-friendly manner using the software and the controller. For this purpose, parameters such as the type of marking, the height and width of the character, the position of the marking, the font, the strength and speed and, last but not least, the quality of the marking are adjusted.
The preview function enables a precise representation of the marking on the part to be marked. Every change is immediately displayed in the editor area. In addition to the creation of fixed or variable alphanumeric characters, the software also enables the creation of dates in various formats, shift codes, serial numbers, 1D and 2D codes and logos.
