The laser system for small and medium series production, equipped with a fiber laser that marks a wide range of materials.
The housing is extremely robust, compact and ideal for use on a workbench. The door opening and closing system is equipped with an electromagnetic locking system. The Z-axis inside the laser cabin, with a loading plate of 200×200 mm, can be moved electrically. Large CE-certified viewing windows on three sides provide a complete overview of the marking area inside the laser cabin.
The laser technology achieves excellent results on plastics, metals, anodized aluminum, ceramics, polycarbonate, paint and much more. Inside the laser cabin, the laser source is equipped with a visible laser pointer (wavelength of 632 nm) with an output of 2 mW, which is used on the one hand to create a marking preview directly on the surface of the workpiece to be marked and on the other hand to set the correct focus distance between the workpiece and the laser head.
The EuGENIUS™ software is versatile and easy to use even for users without special technical training or CAD knowledge.
