A seamless process for maximum efficiency:
1. Fully automatic labeling: Our MFE labeler ensures precise and fast application of labels to your containers. With optical inspection of the label by means of a camera.
2. Transfer handling: The labeled containers are automatically and directly transferred from the MFE system to the FSK system.
3. Cutting station: The winning film is cut into the product-specific shape required by our upstream punching station.
4. Filling and sealing: In the FSK system, the containers are efficiently filled and then sealed airtight.
5. Leak test: After sealing, a 100% check of the leakage is carried out inline to ensure the highest quality standards.
6. Discharge belt: Finally, the finished containers are transferred to a discharge belt and are ready for the next step in your production chain.
