We offer high-performance inspection systems for a wide range of components and requirements.

Our steel disc machines are specifically designed for parts that can be inspected in a suspended position, such as screws. These systems utilize both optical and mechanical inspection methods. In addition, eddy current testing enables reliable detection of material defects and cracks. The machines achieve sorting speeds of up to 2,500 parts per minute.

For components such as washers or other parts that are inspected in a horizontal or vertical position, we use glass disc machines. These systems provide precise inspection at speeds of up to 800 parts per minute.

In addition, we offer chute inspection machines, which are specially designed for testing bolts. These systems operate at a capacity of up to 450 parts per minute.
