MRZ - Q
The modular design of our robotic cell enables a highly flexible and future-proof automation solution. The cell is divided into clearly defined functional modules, such as robot integration, gripper systems, feeding, safety technology, and the control unit. Each of these modules is designed to be independent and can be individually combined or adapted to meet specific requirements. This design allows the robot cell to be quickly adapted to different processes and workpieces. Expansions, such as additional processing stations or new handling systems, can be easily integrated without having to redesign the entire system. This reduces both implementation times and costs. The modular structure also offers clear advantages in terms of maintenance and service: Individual components can be specifically maintained or replaced, thereby minimizing downtime. At the same time, the standardization of the modules simplifies spare parts management and ensures high process reliability. Overall, the modular design creates a scalable solution that evolves with the requirements of the production environment and can be operated economically over the long term.
GTM 600
GTM 600 – Inspection Machine for Optical Quality Control The GTM 600 is a high-performance inspection machine designed for the optical inspection of components, which can be inspected in both vertical and horizontal orientations. It enables reliable and flexible quality inspection of a wide variety of workpieces. Through the use of state-of-the-art image processing combined with AI-supported technologies, even the smallest deviations and defects are detected with precision. The system can be individually adapted to different products and inspection requirements. The GTM 600 stands for efficient inspection processes, high repeatability, and maximum process reliability in industrial manufacturing.

MFE - FSK
This innovative combination not only saves you time and money, but also improves the quality and reliability of your products. Our integrated solution ensures a smooth process from labeling to leak testing – all in a single, efficient process. A seamless process for maximum efficiency: 1. Fully automatic labeling: Our MFE labeler ensures precise and fast application of labels to your containers. With optical inspection of the label by means of a camera. 2. Transfer handling: The labeled containers are automatically and directly transferred from the MFE system to the FSK system. 3. Cutting station: The winning film is cut into the product-specific shape required by our upstream punching station. 4. Filling and sealing: In the FSK system, the containers are efficiently filled and then sealed airtight. 5. Leak test: After sealing, a 100% check of the leakage is carried out inline to ensure the highest quality standards. 6. Discharge belt: Finally, the finished containers are transferred to a discharge belt and are ready for the next step in your production chain.

AI Model Generation
AI Trainer - Production AI Without the Data-Science Detour QuaVis AI Model Creator (QVAITrainer) puts the complete AI model lifecycle into a single Windows desktop application - built for the people who know their parts best: quality engineers, machine-vision integrators, and production engineers. The Gap We Close Visual-inspection AI is too often blocked by the distance between the shop floor and ML engineering. Frameworks like YOLOv8, TensorFlow, and PyTorch deliver the accuracy - but setup, scripting, and GPU wrangling stay with specialists, and every iteration costs days. One Guided Workflow 1. Collect images from camera or file 2. Classify - assign labels or bounding boxes 3. Generate dataset splits and training scripts 4. Train on GPU with real-time monitoring 5. Test with per-image result analysis 6. Export production-ready models No command line. No scripting. No ML degree. Under One Roof - Three inspection paradigms, one GUI: object detection (YOLOv8), classification (TensorFlow / PyTorch), and anomaly detection - pick the right approach per project. - Multi-project management: organize inspection tasks as distinct Products, each with its own datasets and builds. - Automated Python scripts: reproducible, auditable, easy to hand off. - Built-in data augmentation and train/val/test splitting. - Multi-language UI: EN, DE, FR, NL, CS, Basque, ZH, and more. Why It Matters What used to be weeks of ML engineering becomes a repeatable in-house workflow. Your quality team iterates on a new defect the same morning it first appears on the line - without waiting on a data-science sprint. Bringing AI-powered visual inspection to the factory floor - without requiring a data-science degree. QuaVis Technologies GmbH - www.quavis.de

QuaVis Vision
QuaVis Vision - Image Processing Built for Industrial QC QuaVis Vision is the image-processing platform from QuaVis Technologies for high-speed inspection in production - engineered for the floor next to the line or in the lab. Modular, not monolithic Inspection tasks are composed from off-the-shelf and customer-specific Instruments - geometric measurement, surface and feature checks, and more. Configure any number of camera and sensor systems, combine incident-light, transmitted-light analysis and scanners in one platform, run an unlimited number of products and recipes. High speed on standard PC hardware Execution on modern multi-core processors with multithreading and prioritised task balancing. Image display runs in idle time and doesn't interfere with the real-time paths. Recipes without code A recipe is built by positioning measurement windows and entering tolerances - on a touch-optimised UI. Alternatively, the teach-in mode covers good/bad sorting from a sample set, with no explicit tolerance definition. Both modes can be mixed freely. Maintainable and industrial-grade - Client-server architecture with independently tested, self-contained modules. - Remote access and intensive logging of all system events. - Automatic calibration with no master part; system-guided camera and lighting setup. - Automatic post-incident diagnostics and information gathering after faults. - Multilingual UI; temporary or persistent storage of defect images. - Easy AI integration Part of the QuaVis ecosystem QuaVis Vision delivers the inspection decision - QuaC turns it into mechanical action. Together they form a complete quality-control machine from a single supplier, integrated into an existing line or built as a standalone cell. QuaVis Technologies GmbH - www.quavis.de

QuaVis PLC -QuaC
QuaC - The QuaVis Controller QuaC is the industrial controller (PLC) from QuaVis Technologies that couples visual inspection directly to mechanical action. It closes the gap between vision and the physical response on the line - with no third-party PLC in between. Built for Sorting, pick-and-place, actuator and robot control, timing and synchronisation between cameras, lighting, and handling. A QuaVis inspection result turns into an action on the line in real time. Graphical programming - with or without code QuaC can be configured through the graphical programming interface QuaCProgEdit. A program is a sequence of predefined function blocks; branches and jumps cover even complex flows. The benefit for quality and commissioning teams: adjustments happen where the problem is visible - at the machine - without a round trip through PLC specialists. Real-time and industrial-grade - Linux-based controller service with real-time scheduling (SCHED_RR) for deterministic response times - Direct interfaces to stepper motors, robots, and QuaVis vision systems - ZeroMQ as internal messaging layer for robust machine-to-machine communication - Sequential program structure with branches and jumps - no hidden runtime behaviour Part of the QuaVis ecosystem QuaC is the missing link between QuaVis vision systems and the mechanics of a complete quality-control machine. Whether you extend an existing line or build a standalone sorting or inspection cell, QuaC brings the control platform from the same supplier as the vision. One stack, one point of contact, no integration grey zone between camera and actuator. QuaVis Technologies GmbH - www.quavis.de
