QuaVis Vision - Image Processing Built for Industrial QC

QuaVis Vision is the image-processing platform from QuaVis Technologies for high-speed inspection in production - engineered for the floor next to the line or in the lab.

Modular, not monolithic

Inspection tasks are composed from off-the-shelf and customer-specific Instruments - geometric measurement, surface and feature checks, and more. Configure any number of camera and sensor systems, combine incident-light, transmitted-light analysis and scanners in one platform, run an unlimited number of products and recipes.

High speed on standard PC hardware

Execution on modern multi-core processors with multithreading and prioritised task balancing. Image display runs in idle time and doesn't interfere with the real-time paths.

Recipes without code

A recipe is built by positioning measurement windows and entering tolerances - on a touch-optimised UI. Alternatively, the teach-in mode covers good/bad sorting from a sample set, with no explicit tolerance definition. Both modes can be mixed freely.
