Employer Branding x onboarding Workshop Series

The TRANSFORMOTIVE workshop series “Employer Branding x Onboarding” will take place from 8 May to 28 July 2026 in collaboration with teufels GmbH. The aim is to help companies build a strong employer brand in order to attract and retain skilled workers.

Over four sessions (kick-off, double workshop, conclusion) and an accompanying practical phase with pilot projects, participants will learn the basics, develop an Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and implement measures directly within their own companies.

The workshops are practical and interactive, take place partly in Heilbronn and are fully funded by the project. Companies benefit from expert knowledge, individual coaching and networking. One registration per company with a designated contact person is sufficient.
