The workshop series “Digitalization – Competitive Advantage through Data and Strategy” will take place from May 6 to July 10, 2026, and supports companies in systematically identifying and strategically leveraging digital potential. Over the course of six workshop days, participants are introduced to key fundamentals, use cases, and methods to identify prioritized fields of action based on their current status and to develop concrete digitalization strategies.
Participants analyze their existing processes, develop digital business models, and directly apply the content to their company-specific challenges. The objective is to enable well-founded decisions, realistic investment pathways, and implementable pilot projects with measurable added value, which will be consolidated and reflected upon in a final session.
